Good Outing It was!!

I had a very good time indeed.It was a very good outing.Two days of On-duty ,allowance for travel,free accomodation,lots of new friends ,another new experience...What else would one ask for?...
We went to a college in Trichy to present our paper and to my knowledge it was quite successful indeed and we walked home with the Third prize.Right from the time we stepped in we had a very nice time.The first day started off well with initial problems of accomodation etc.But later we came across many friends from various institutions and got to know of each other soon.
The next day was our event and we did well enough and was quite sure to walk away with atleast the second until the last one came on stage.Gosh!! what language did she speak in....Then i came to know it was English..Hm...her accent was so fine indeed so that i was reminded of "What you say does'n matter but How you say matters a lot!!".....
But on the whole...It was a good outing away from lecture classes...

Quite a Good Harvest Indeed!!

Hm...It was Indeed a wonderful day for me...Hm...wait...I'll think whether started off the day with my first glance on Fox's face....Hm....I think no...Oh..Yes..I looked myself in the mirror....okok...I think ill stop here....Romba overnu ..I think...

The student people from Microsoft,the company I admire came to our college. To put away juz like that they were just playing the job of marketing executives,marketing the long awaited Microsoft Visual Studio .Net .It went just like that.It started off with a presentation of the company(Not to mention as the brand name, too creative so that people at least look at it out of queer inquisitiveness).

They gave away hm...quit a good number of prizes by asking some of the general questions.But one thing was quite clear.They were not indeed interested to test anybody's knowledge but were interested in giving away the goodies ,All of them embossed with "Microsoft" brands so that it would enhance their advertising coverage.

But it was indeed a good time to be spent away from our regular theory classes.At least we were awake during those times rather than spending half-awake sessions of theory classes.
