Yahoo Answers....Hm..Indeed Lotsa Questions to be Answered!!!

It's Been quite some time ,since I have been answering to those queries in Yahoo Answers!!..The Idea was cute and implementation went right but still many went wrong ,is still going wrong. Nothing in the Part of Yahoo..

The whole Idea Behind is to query and get the answers from HomoSapiens.This goes fine.You might find a very Genuine Question Like
"What Is Bit Torrent"
"Wads new in Vista"

Hm..but don be surprised to see questions as dumb as:
"Can You Find My Real Name ? I'll Award 10pts to the one who Finds !!"

And there are Even Dumb question like..
"Hey How is my new Avatar"
Hm...So there are so many such people out there...So one thing is certain..
I'm Not a Loner...I've Got Company!!!

What an Interview that was for me..Hm..for them too...

SO..ya..Technical interview started...My future associated arrived..hm..So i was waiting eagerly for my turn while i knew that they took a whopping 30 mins for each person...Everyone were in their toes asking each other wadeva they didn know..hm..the only answer I gave to someone who asked me queries from the sylabus was "Sorry..I donno"...

Finally my turn came...Entered there and introduced myself to them....Many advices had been given how to sit in the panel..but i just was myself.hm..the first question they asked was "Tell me About Yourself!!"...hm..I cudn believe if I told it...hm..Lotsa stuffs..and ya..they extended a warm smile after it....

Then was it..They travelled thru my syllabus..Asked about my project.Then was the most expected...they asked bout the paper i was working on and my favourite subject Software Engineering....hm..I think it gave that extra leap....

Finally when everything was over.they asked "do you have any questions"...Hm..tht was where bang came the reply from me...

"Tell my about eClearSettle ,a product of yours".....

Hm..they looked at each other and asked whether it was their product...hm..I Made it..I said ..Of course yes!!..hm..

Finally they gave up saying.."I am not in that Domain!!"
hm..So i thought they wud not offer me a job coz of it but it was vice versa...

God..I made it To Managerial Review!!

Me and My Fate...Facing each other Head to Head!!

Hm...Some kinda feeling..though i was not particular about TCS..But...butterflies in my stomach...Its only because I cudn lay my hands on the Books in one night..

Hm..Everything Started but ya....As usual the Comedy of errors started for me..Ok ppl...have a Nice Laugh..

Hm...After crafting my resume for long time when i showed it too my placement officer...Omg..u must've seen that Reaction...She cud've have shouted at me...but she was very kind enough that she juz asked me to type one immediately..rather than making me tense...hm..The only reason for that is that I split my marks Semesterwise...but later it didn work out as TCS people were smart enough to as for split up..

Hm..Resume at the eleventh hour..I became tensed when my staff came to Rescue...God..I'd never Forget Mr.Mahendran who was kind enough that he said he'll type while i prepare for the Interview.Cudn Imagine wad wud have happn'd if he wasn there...Thanx a Lot sir...

hm..it didn stop there...when i was to wear my tie did i notice my shirt didn have a collar button...hm..Thank God my pal Santhosh had a spare shirt to spare for me...

Now i smiled back at my fate..but it wasn so soon...I again made that Wicked smile...
What an Idiot I wad..My tie didn have loop in it...My fate carved a mickey out of me..

Finally hm..Everything was ready ..but ya not so soon...Now damn with my resume..It had my Year of passing 10th was 2000 instead of 2001...hm...Fate....hm...but I decided to fight it back!!

The Day ..It was..

hm..It was a Nice Morning..Didn Think that it be a Dawn in my life...Hm..

Everyone buzzing with activities...Barrons,Agarwal..wad else..Everything we had ..Right from Wordlist to previous year Question papers...hm..Everyone were Learning..hm..me as usual was vetti..Some even asked prepare for the Aptitude Test...hm....I replied...

Pongada...neenga venumna paarunga...Puthusa oru q'paper koduthu Aapu adikka porannu ....hm..Yaaruku theriyum

Finally they led us to the online test room....hm....the hype was so much..The previous batch only 8 out of 70 qualified...hm..but hm..I wasn so interested in TCS....so i didn care a bit bout it...

To add upto my woes the first two system I sat had problems in it..and the staff asking me to not get tensed up..

So the Screen opened and the tests started....Gosh...hm..the Verbal Department...hm..I didn even know a single answer to any of the antonyms and synonyms...But Elimination led me a helping hand..so instead i concentrated on the Fill in with Correct Sentences...Then Came the Quantz...HM..that was really Nice one indeed...the paper was somewhat new and challenging and was a bit easy and not to forget the critical reasoning...hm..

Finally i decided that...hm..No chance of getting thru and i walked to the door when i heard someone saying "who's is the machine "..It was then i knew that i made it..I was happy not only for that but my Friends too got selected!!..hm...So hm...to the next stage...."Interviews"

hm..Already late in the Night...hm..So have to give my best shot..so started collecting some details about them..
Tata's ....here I come...hm..

Hm..the first MNC for Campus....

hm...So the First Company to come for placement is TCS...hm..the Tata's...Hm..juz the thing i feared the most.I expected Infosys to be the first Coz I love that Company...A Damn Kool Company...okok...HM..I know the meaning of that stare..Not that I would be placed before it..but juz oru hm..mb .."Perum aasai."...
To me I'd like to be placed in Either the Tata's or the Infy coz they are Indian...
hm..
for me..Infosys -Best Company ; Nandan Nilakeni -Best CEO
TCS - Good Company ; Rama Dorai -Good CEO
hm..god only knows..where im going to be...

The Fever has Caught upon me...ha.haha.

Hm...Finally the Exams are over...hm..okok..hm..not that im that kinda person with his head always engrossed in books....but im quite happy that i know a few things more coz...

"Yeh Dil Maange More...."

So the Exam fever has subsided and normally the next fever to catch would be the result fever...But this Time its different..We have a new kinda Fever On the Prowl in my college...Hm...the placement fever..I'm not an exception it caught me too but ...haha...

Like vadivelu says .."Haiyoo...Haiyoo"...hm.in the war that lasted I won..Hm...To be frank while other were very much deeply engrossed in those aptitude books I relied on my Attitude...Okok..No Staring Please..Juz..oru Build up....Ya i juz browsed internet doing all those vetti stuffs like Chatting etc...

Google...Has once again proved its mettle.Latest on its acquisition spree,sketchup seems to be worth every penny.Simple to the core but pretty effective so that hm...EVEN I CAN CREATE QUITE A GOOD 3-D MODEL.....hm.Google seems to catch up Microsoft and Yahoo quite fastly than anyone could imagine.Its worth a try for anybody.
